Yoga for Life classes reflect what our teachers experience in their own daily practices. Classes are fun - somewhat different each week. Warming / stretching / conditioning the body feels good and prepares the body for a balanced flow of postures that develop greater body awareness, strength, endurance and flexibility. Breathing techniques are included. Class begins with a brief centering and ends with relaxation / meditation.

April 14 - June 22 (10 weeks)
(Adjusted Holiday schedules: May 23-26)

Class Prices for 10 weeks:
45 minutes     $90 ($70 if second class)    $11 drop-in ($9 if registered student)
60 minutes    $110 ($80 if second class)    $13 drop-in ($10 if registered student)
75 minutes    $130 ($90 if second class)    $15 drop-in ($11 if registered student)
90 minutes    $140 ($100 for second class)    $17 drop-in ($12 if registered student)
Unlimited    $290

FREE CLASSES for students new to Yoga for Life the first week of each series.

Payment is for consecutive weeks; you may "make-up" in other classes and with other instructors.
Make-ups must be within the weeks for which you are registered.
Call in advance for drop-ins.

What to Wear and Bring (for classes and workshops)
Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing-knit pants, tights (bare feet) or shorts;
T-shirt &/or leotard; sweatshirt, pants, socks to layer for warmth.
No Perfume Please
