Ashlee Hopson, BS Elementary Education & certified Kripalu Yoga teacher, teaches in Denver, CO and studies with Richard Freeman. She studied in Mysore, India with Pattabbi Jois. In Veranasi, India she studied Ashtanga and Iyengar, received teacher certification in Kriya and Ashtanga and was a guest teacher. She began yoga with Mary Lou and taught at Yoga for Life.

   Introduction to Ashtanga: sun salutations; chanting
Saturday 9:00 - Noon & 2:30 - 5:00 PM
   First series asanas & alignment, breathing techniques
Sunday 9:00 - Noon
   Practice of Mysore Style (your own practice with teacher assistance)

Prices:
$125 entire weekend.
$30 for Friday only.
$75 for Saturday only.
$40 for Sunday only (Sat attendance required or Ashtanga experience required)
